My exhibition Passage at Södervik Gallery displays acrylic paintings, drawings and photo collages that I've worked on between May and August, 2026.

The work is based on life changes, transitions, both mental and concrete; letting go of a close person, a safe haven, childhood landscapes and a piece of personal history.

The work is connected to a special place, where everything has a deeper meaning and that has been revealed gradually and materialised in the process.

I've worked with universal symbols, like swans and mountains; taking a poetic approach and leaving the work open for other interpretations, despite a personal theme.

Passage refers to a channel, an exit or entrance, the process of passing from one stage or place to another, an inner journey or the flowing of time.
