Nikolo Kerimov is a designer and artist whose practice interrogates popular culture through humor and aesthetic provocation. His work demonstrates a commitment to material plurality, engaging with ceramics, textiles, woodwork, metalwork, and experimental composites. Each project becomes an opportunity to test unfamiliar processes, challenge craft conventions, and develop new material vocabularies.

This exhibition presents works produced by Kerimov between 2022 and 2025. His practice gained significant visibility through participation in the Serlachius Museum's "ROR ABC" exhibition (2024-2025), establishing his position within the Finnish contemporary art landscape. 

The current presentation offers audiences an opportunity to trace the evolution of his material investigations across this three-year period, drawing on rock and pop culture phenomena while maintaining a critical, often humorous engagement with art world conventions, technology, psychedelia, and the intersection of traditional craft with contemporary techniques.
